👀 Why Starting Early Made All the Difference: Hear from Lucas
Lucas’ Mind Stretcher journey, from Pri 1 to Sec 4, achieving 7 A1s while staying active in school leadership.
Moving into a new academic year often means heavier content and higher expectations. We wanted to share Lucas’ journey – not just for his results, but for how starting early and learning across subjects helped him stay confident, balanced, and involved in school leadership.
Many families enrol with us to give their child this same head start. Registration remains open, and bundle savings of up to 20% are available for a limited time.

How Lucas Balanced Leadership, School Life and 7 A1s
I joined Mind Stretcher when I was still a little kid. Over the years, I was supported by teachers who truly understood how I learned. One of my English teachers, Ms Mavis, taught me for five years, from Primary 6 all the way to O-Levels.
Starting classes at the beginning of the school year really made a difference for me. Learning topics earlier at Mind Stretcher gave me more time to understand them before they were taught in school. When I struggled with Chemistry in Sec 3, this helped a lot. My Mind Stretcher teachers would introduce the topic first, and when I learnt it again in school later, I could follow along more confidently and absorb the content at my own pace.
The Mid-Year and End-of-Year Checkpoints also helped me stay aware of my progress. Whenever I needed clarification, I knew I could approach my Mind Stretcher teachers, even with questions from my school papers.
Oh, and not forgetting all the learning resources beyond the 2-hour weekly classes, like PSLE bootcamps, workshops and extra revision materials shared in the Telegram groups. They were super useful!
